Operation and maintenance of commercial premises

• Systematic monitoring of the technical condition of objects, which is conducted in order to ensure safe usage of buildings and equipment in timely manner to provide continuity of business processes;

• Ensuring uninterrupted operation. Control of service and resource organizations, contractual activities. Interaction with State supervisory authorities;

• Searching for contractors, tendering and monitoring of the maintenance budgets;

• Searching and selection of specialized technical equipment on a competitive basis through the tender procedure.

• Formation of normative and technical operational documentation, storage management;

• Periodic maintenance are conducted in accordance with the requirements of regulatory and technical documentation;

• Management of the technical team for the operation of facilities (permanent staff up to 6 people)

Launch of new commercial spaces. Search of premises, organization and carrying out of construction, installation and finishing works of medical centers

• Project management, starting from the searching and up to the commissioning of facilities, within the tight timing. Launch of commercially successful premises from 200- 400 m2, launch in 4-6 months (more than 10 objects). Planned reconstruction of existing centers;

• Formation and approval of the project budget, control over the expenditure of funds, work with estimates;

• Organization of construction and installation works at

turnkey facilities, starting with the approval of the terms of reference, the release of project documentation and up to the commissioning of the facility;

• Organization of work activities with architects, planners, designers, management and control of contractors

and technical specialists;

• Complete maintenance and installation of special equipment of medical centers;
